Wessex Watches FAQs

Committed to keeping your timepiece ticking.

Every timepiece built by Wessex is constructed to exacting standards and thoroughly tested, which we support with our 4-year warranty.

General

Delivery

All our watches are dispatched using recorded delivery. Upon completion of the watch we will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience.

Servicing

Our standard service interval is 4 years. When you send your watch back to us at Wessex you can rest assured that it will be given all the TLC that it needs, not only to keep it running well, but also to keep it looking good.

Warranty

The warranty period for all our watches is four years.

Operating the watch

Wessex watches use a Swiss manual movement, which has a c.48 hour power reserve. Instruction on winding the watch will be included in the user manual, which will be supplied with the watch.

Water Resistance

The Wessex watch case is rated as cold water resistant to 5ATM or 50 metres static submersion. In reality this means that whilst it will probably be fine if you swim with it on, we would not recommend doing so.

International customers

International shipping is a service we offer. We deliver orders on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, ensuring no unexpected duty charges. Prices shown exclude customs duties and sales taxes, which will be added to the final payment.
